Application Process
We are listed in the
Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). We anticipate taking
four interns for the upcoming academic year.
We require three
letters of recommendation, one from your pediatric clerkship director
and one from your medicine clerkship director. The third letter can be
from either field, but preferably someone who has had direct clinical
contact with you. A department chair’s letter is NOT preferred unless
the chair worked with you in a clinical capacity. If you have a chair’s
letter, you can use that as your third letter of recommendation.
The UCLA Combined
Residency Program in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics has a separate
NRMP number for the Match.
